A small lunch time fire to test out the chicken wings with the mojo criollo #bbq
And then say Hi to Mariposa!
The time for dry rub and marinade…. Rubbed in and injected. Junkie pig!

I love to cook and I've been making a good living at it for 30 years.
At home I'm obsessed with cooking just about everything over a wood fire. Whole pigs or little chickens on the rotisserie or pizza in the outdoor oven make me happy. Firing up the Tandoor and sharing great food and drinks with friends and family is my idea of good time.
