Kale Pesto

Kale pesto gives a bright earthy taste to top pizza or crostini.

2 cups clean, fresh kale coarsely chopped and packed
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 cups shredded parmesan
Extra virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
Kosher Salt
Black Pepper

Process the kale, garlic, and parmesan until well blended and smooth. Season with cayenne, salt, pepper. Make ahead of time if you like, the pesto improves with a little time in the frig before serving
