I love to cook and I've been making a good living at it for 30 years. At home I'm obsessed with cooking just about everything over a wood fire. Whole pigs or little chickens on the rotisserie or pizza in the outdoor oven make me happy. Firing up the Tandoor and sharing great food and drinks with friends and family is my idea of good time.
